Iowans can remember 9/11 by spending time with My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell.

Lindell, who has toured the country spreading false conspiracy theories about the 2020 general election being stolen from former President Donald Trump, will headline a Sept. 11 remembrance event in Davenport.

The function is being put on by Davenport businessman David Pautsch, who told the Quad-City Times that Lindell won’t be pushing his narratives about the election, but will speak about his Christian faith.

“Mike is here to talk about the triumph of love over hate,” Pautsch told the Times. “Hate is why 9/11 happened. And Mike knows a lot about love, about what faith and love can do in your life.”

Lindell invented his signature pillows in either 2003 or 2004—the My Pillow website says 2004 while his personal website indicates 2003—and created a bedding empire. Figures on his net worth vary with some speculating he is worth up to $300 million.

Lindell was an active user of cocaine and crack cocaine until 2009, according to his website. He became a born-again Christian and credits that for helping him become sober and the eventual success of his business.

The mustachioed-pillow spokesperson recently held a Cyber Symposium in Sioux Falls, SD, where he promised to deliver definitive proof that the 2020 election was rigged; however, after failing to do so, he blamed it on antifa.

There was no report of antifa in Sioux Falls, mirroring a similar claim of the group being there last year.

Lindell also claimed to be attacked while in Sioux Falls before changing his statement to say the person who attacked him had actually just aggressively poked him in the side when they posed for a selfie. An eyewitness refuted Lindell’s version of events.

  • Unfortunately, you have your facts all wrong as typical for a liberal reporter. He did prove fraud and wait to see the results coming out of Arizona. Why are the Democrats so afraid? The truth shall set you free… And lock the thieves up.
